Eligibility: The "AirSpeed® For All" (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees of Electrolux Home Care Products, Inc., L.C. Williams & Associates, or other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Electrolux Home Care Products, Inc., 10200 David Taylor Drive, Charlotte, N.C. 28262 ("Sponsor").

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrant acknowledges that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Each participant understands he or she is providing information to Sponsor and not to Facebook.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on October 17, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 20, 2011. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are not eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: Visit the "sweepstakes" tab at www.Facebook.com/Eureka (the "Eureka Facebook Page") and follow the instructions to enter. You will be required to fill out all entry fields. Contact information and a correct answer to the question "how many total AirSpeed Tubes are there on these four AirSpeed vacuums?" constitutes the "Entry." There is a limit of one (1) entry per email address per day. All entries with the correct answer to the question will be considered. Entries will not be acknowledged.

Representations and Warranties: By submitting an Entry, you represent and warrant that the Entry complies with all requirements of these Official Rules.

Drawing: On or about November 21, 2011, Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing of all entries. The odds of being selected depend on the number of total eligible entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners within five (5) business days of the date of selection, in English only. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility/prize release form in which he/she irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor any and all rights, title, and interest in Entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights and trademark rights, and waives all moral rights in the Entry. If a potential winner does not respond within thirty (30) business days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted.

Prizes: Five (5) Grand Prize Winners will receive a Eureka® AirSpeed® vacuum of their choice: (AirSpeed®, model AS1000A; AirSpeed® Gold, model AS1001A; AirSpeed® Pet, model AS1002A, AirSpeed® ABS, model AS1051A; AirSpeed® Zuum, model AS5203A) with an approximate retail value of $99.99 USD to $129.99 USD. Winners are responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. You may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes according to the procedures set forth above from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, L.C. Williams & Associates, Facebook, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Privacy and Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of this Sweepstakes and treated in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in North Carolina. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than North Carolina.

Results: Winners will be notified via email. A post with winners' first names, last initials and city and state will be shared via the Eureka Facebook page after the winners are notified and accept the prize.

How to Enter:  Follow @EurekaClean on Twitter at http://twitter.com/EurekaClean (the "Eureka Twitter Page") and tweet why you like bagged vacuums using the hashtag #AirSpeed.  Each tweet counts as one "Entry."  A person can only enter once.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Twitter accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or through any other methods, may void all of that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be the registered owner of the Twitter account.  Entries will not be acknowledged.

Drawing:  At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select ten (10) potential winners in a random drawing from the eligible pool of entries of people who follow @EurekaClean on Twitter and who have tweeted with the #AirSpeed hashtag.  The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. 

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners:  Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners by tweet and direct message within ten (10) days of the date of selection, in English only.  In order to receive a direct message from Sponsor, you must (a) be following @EurekaClean and (b) have your account settings set to "unprotected" and/or "public."  Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility/prize release form in which he/she irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor any and all rights, title, and interest in Entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights and trademark rights, and waives all moral rights in the Entry.  The potential winners will have thirty (30) business days to respond to the tweet and/or direct message with their name and email address. If a potential winner does not respond within thirty (30) business days after the tweet and/or direct message is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining complete and eligible entries.  Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted.  Upon response, Sponsor will email and/or mail the winners an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Winners will be required to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release via fax, email or mail to the Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of the date of receiving the documents via email or mail from the Sponsor.  If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining complete and eligible entries.  The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Prize:  Ten (10) winners will receive a Eureka® AirSpeed® ABS bagged upright vacuum (value $129.88).  Winners are responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above.
